Plan members can request the Porchlight Hour for small repairs, technology help, batteries, filters, hardware adjustments, installation and other practical tasks.
$99.95 for one technician for up to one hour. Additional time is available and will be discussed before work continues.

Are plans a substitute for emergency service?
No. Porchlight operates Monday–Friday by appointment and does not provide 24/7 emergency response.
Can I start with a lower plan?
Yes. Start with the level that makes sense and discuss changes as the property's needs evolve.
Are repairs included?
Each plan's included services will be confirmed before enrollment. Repairs and small projects can be scheduled separately through the Porchlight Hour or another agreed service.
